Sitting here at work and it's Wednesday... I almost forgot that I had a shippment for my Women's Self Defense Class sent here. It's my small box of Kubotan Keychains. For those that don't know what they are, they are a solid rod of metal, wood or a plastic with a keyring attached to the top for practial uses and beyond. The nice thing about these are that they are so simple to use that applications of self defense are simple to use. Basic techniques and some practice allows the user to really get it going.
The original order was slightly messed up, but the customer service guys with the wholesaler are really quick on their feet and made things work out. I was sick as a dog at the time so it pushed the call back to them back a couple of days. They fixed the issues of missing inventory and late shipment with sending me a new type keychain for my review as a compensation and thank you for being a return customer.
