My Fresh Squeezin's (Blogger)

Ahh, the freshly squozen thoughts of Dalum. I try to post as often as I can, but sometimes life is just too busy to get stuff out in a reasonable amount of time. Please enjoy my random thoughts and drop me a line if you like.

1/21/2006 12:37:00 PM - RX-7 + Fresh Packing Snow + Sun + Temp 32*+ = Sideways

Today is my day to open the office and work my weekend.  Just me and a volunteer on a nice quiet 4 hour afternoon shift.  That's all fine and dandy if I could have gotten there.  It snowed like a mofo last night starting around 9pm.  I figured that the landlord would have come through to plow the drivewys so we could get out the next morning.  From the looks of the funny lines all over the snow, that didn't happen and everyone tried all they could to get out.  I was no exception.  I've found that my car is a bit too light for this type of weather since it pushes so much power to the ground.  I just ended up putting my car sideways in the driveway 2 times before getting on the road.  According to realtime clocks, I was about 15 minutes late.  It's a good thing that the clocks here are really slow os I was only about 7 minutes late.  No biggie.
