BOOOOOOOOO-BEN STUDDARD - Screw all that noise. Don't get me wrong, I like Ruben. I like his style. I don't like his lack of variety in musical range. Now if the idea is to bring gospel into the mainstream, then Gospel Idol it is. His vocal technique is good, but his breathing control andd tonal quality varies when going to the extremes of his range. In essence, this was Clay's show. No matter how flamboyantly "Broadway" Clay is, he has a better screen presence, voice, range, tonal quality and variety. On any given day, he can (and will) make it better than Ruben in a coma. So much for a voting system... It's fair. (lol!) Lines busy, call in all you want. Lame...
